4) Payments & Billing

Certain features are paid. Prices, taxes, fees, and billing cycles are shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

5) Content & License

You retain rights to content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Services. We retain all rights in our software, trademarks, and materials.

6) Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing access controls
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Infringing others’ IP or privacy rights

7) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Educational content is not financial advice.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Trader Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
